How to change into propagated? 1

I have made changes into load as you see in the image (propagated to modified) but now I want to have it as propagated. Hoe how change it?

Select that cell, click on 'Deactivate' and then 'Activate'. It will be reactivated with the value from the previous step and should show Propagated now.
