How to choose results to view in SIMULIA ABAQUS 2016

Hi,

I am running a .inp input on abaqus. I can solve the input without errors. However, I don't know how to choose results to view (displacements, strains, stress, etc). By default, after I solve the model
I can only see the Von Mises Stress plot.
How can I choose the results to plot? I am using SIMULIA ABAQUS CAE 2016.

Result => Field Output
or the Field Output Toolbar

But when you don't know even those basic actions, then I recommend, that you work yourself through the Getting Started first or attend a training.
