After being asked about this issue privately, I thought that it would be of value to share my response with the rest of you. The question involved changing the Font sizes used in the NX user interface:

Starting with NX 9.0 you can control most of the Fonts used in the NX interface using the normal Windows Personalization tools. Just create a Custom Theme where you will have control over the Font and Size used as well as making it Bold which also helps significantly. Now you may have to experiment a bit, but referring to the image below, to change the text in the Ribbon, select the word 'Normal' in the 'Active Window' item and then you can set the Font, Font Size, Color as well as toggling ON the Bold option.

Now to change the text in the NX dialogs, select the words 'Message Text' and you will now have the same options as above only this will control the fonts used in the NX dialogs.

Anyway, play with this as it's really the only mechanism that we have to effect the appearance of the NX interface, other than the setting that we've provided under Preferences -> User Interface.

I think that you also have to : In NX have to go Preferences - User interface - Theme - Type = System or Classic with system font
Or ? - Is the Theme you mention a Windows Theme or a NX Theme ? ( If NX, how do i create that ?)

We have been able to do this for many versions back, ( with the setting imention above) We do have a odd problem where the install of some unknown software replaces the windows font that NX uses in the main menu. ( it replaces with a font which looks bad.)
The quick workaround is to set "Classic with system font".
