How to create an add-in (VB Net) and add it to SolidWorks

Happy Sunday everyone,

I am having trouble to finalize the creation of an add-in created in VStudio. I tested the code and userform and everything is working well.

Now I want to create the add-in and get it incorporated in SolidWorks itself. I have checked online but didn't manage to get it work.

I am fairly new to VBA and VB Net so please excuse me if this is a basic question. Any help will be very appreciated.

I just Googled "visual basic add-in for solidworks" and got many results including official one from SolidWorks, video tutorials and examples.

We can't answer questions of the form "I tried something and it didn't work". How could we?

Is there a specific step in the process that you're stuck on?
