Hi guys,

I'm trying to determine how many heads ina remote area. For emample, 1500 sq.ft. remote area:
is it
- 1.2 x square root of 1500 = 46.48 ft (distance parallel to branch line)

- how do you determine the distance perpendicular to the branch line?

is this how you guys determine the remote area? Thanks in advance..

1500 / 46.8. That is all you do, unless I am missing something with your question. Just make sure you are at least 1/2 the distance between heads and branch lines with your numbers.
