Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to Emboss a Sheetmetal mounting hole for a Countersunk Mounting Bolt. I have been using iFeature and using the Boss_round feature found in the pockets and bosses folder. I can place the Boss_round feature on the top of my sheetmetal but can't get the feature to emboss into the sheetmetal on the underneath side for countersinking a bolt. I am creating mounting holes for mounting a transformer inside of a chassis from underneath.

Try using the round emboss ifeature from the punches folder. You will have to add the thru hole, but you should have the boss you need.
