How to estimate ammonium bisulfide in REAC system

I am reviewing the process ability of new crude with high Nitrogen in High Vaccumm Waxy to Hydrocracker Unit. At this stage, I assumed that total Nitrogen (about 3000 ppm) is totally converted into NH3 and NH4HS would be about 3.0x3000 ppm or 1%wt. However, this value seems to be very low in comparison with what we have experienced with Nitrogen <3000 ppm and we estimated NH4HS almost 2%wt or maximum of 4-5%wt sometimes.

Please anyone advise how to better estimate without using sour water analysis software as we do not have real H2S and NH3 concentration.
