How to estimate power consumption in future factory

We now intent to built a factory. We need to estimate/calculate power consumption of Air-con system. We have just only layout of the factory: with high bay square of S1, 9m high from ground to roof.Low bay square of S2, 6m high from ground to roof. We intent to use air-con in whole factory.
