If I can remember (I don't have a CATIA screen right now), click the axis system in the lower-right corner (this will make the tree active), and right-click in the screen background for the options you're looking for. Don't forget to click on the axis again to de-activate the tree!
 
a script would do or if you need that only of one part, you might get the job done with a design table.
