How to export the "3D Text annotation" to other CAD from CATIA V5 ?

I make a 3D text annotation on the CATIA V5.
And I tried to export it by IGES and STEP format.
But both format was not writtien a 3D text annotation.
Doesn't anyone know how to send it to another CAD syatem ?
