How to export to a text file results of analysis with material non-linearities, for all the substeps

Hello,

I am doing a non-linear static analysis, with material non-linearities, in ANSYS Mechancial APDL 2023 R1.
How can I program my input file, in APDL ,to export to a text file the:
-reaction force
-y displacement
-y strain,
-z stress
-Von Mises stress

for all the 20 substeps.
