I have made a truncated icosahedron using 4mm thick hexagons and pentagons but there are gaps between adjacent faces. Chamfering the edges of the individual parts will solve the problem but how do you calculate how much to chamfer each side of the pentagons and hexagons.
Thanks
If you need access to the parts, I have attached them. There is the truncated icosahedron assembly, the hexagon part and the pentagon part and finally the truncated icosahedron part which I made from the assembly.
Thanks
