How to find ?Sn,k in fatigue elastic method-ASME 8 div 2

Hi Everyone
Can anybody guide me how to calculate or find ΔSn,k (primary plus secondary equivalent stress range) for Fatigue assessment on elastic method in ASME 8 div 2.
