how to find the surface average temperature - Abaqus Heat Transfer model

I computed a heat transfer model on Abaqus, and I extracted the temperature of each node belonging to a surface that i have defined.

I would like to find the surface average temperature. I think that the mean temperature is not simply the mean of the nodes temperatures.

I would be very grateful if you help me solve this problem
