Hi, Everyone:

Can I generate cohesive elements with CAE or input file from the boundaries of finite elements which has already been generated in CAE? I want to put some cohesive elements in between finite elements using Abaqus/Explicit V.6.6-1, most probably with zero thickness. Thus I can model the crack path naturally. Because the material studied is anisotropic I want to control the position of embedded cohesive element as well as the properties. Thanks!

Regards,

Zhigang
