Hello guys, it would be kind if someone help me with abaqus. So i am new to this software.
I am modelling a Endplate bolted connection for steel structures.I have provided loading in 2 steps, 1st with bolt pretension of 90 kN and in 2nd with monotonic displacement of 4mm/s. So my ultimate goal is to find bolt force after analysis, so how to get bolt forces. And let me tell you i am done with everything like submitting job and analysis. i just want to know to get bolt force in a bolt can i get directly the total force or i have to sum all the force for each element of a bolt, and if so there will be 100s of elements created for a bolt so how to do it?
