How to get the bearing stiffness and damper value for the bearing element in ansys

Hi, I want to do a rotor dynamic analysis in ansys workbench and need to model the bearing with bearing element.Is there Anyone knows how to get the four stiffness and damping coefficient? By experiment or calculation? Thanks
