Dear all,
i'm adding this new thread because i'm working in a project that involves bonding prisms with a glue. This glue is an EPOTECNY NOA 84, it needs UV-A ligh to cure.

My question is , how can i glue three regular prisms in order to make a one dove prism, with a angular tolerance of +/- 1 min? Is there any mechanical device or anything to make this happen?

Those prim's are 15x15x15 (mm), and they have some reflecting and filtering coatings. see the attachment.

Any help would be appreciated.

I Don't work with prism, however, have you tried crazy glue? secondly you may have to make your own fixture to glue the three pieces together.

You will have to either make your own fixture, purchase an off the shelf dove prism, or have someone make a custom dove prism for you.

You will need to build your own fixture, most likely involving either theodolites or autocollimators or precision pins. Your embedded gold surfaces obviously makes it impossible to get a monolithic dove prism.

crazy glue creates high stress and is known to damage glass
use with caution and be prepaired for failure
