How to hide unwanted parts in structure manager for NX assembly

I want hide some components in structure manager, even suppressed components also showing up in the structure manager. I don't want to delete the component is NX

If you want it to be removed from structure manager, but still in NX assembly then set the component (In NX, rightclick on component - select properties) to reference only. Then save assembly.

Sorry, if I understand good, you do not want to see part in graphic window and you do not want to see it in assembly manager, but you do not want to delete it from assembly because maybe you would use it latter... so how do you think to access it and make it active if you do not see it anywhere in assembly?
 
Check whether Attributes IGNORE_MEMBER or REFRENCE_COMPONET will work.You can find them in File - properties [Individual parts]. Not sure whether you have to add this attributes manually.
