How to incorporate damping ratio in steady state analysis in SAP2000?

I have made a 4 storyed FE model in SAP2000.I know the damping ration of the floor slab and damping ration of the columns. When I do the steady state analysis of the model, I do not know how to incorporate the effect of damping in the steady state analysis. If I chose to go through the material damping, it says it will be used for modal analysis but not for steady state analysis. Can anyone please help me in this?
