how to insiall v19 in windows 7 64-bit

how to install solid edge v19 in windows 7 environment.
i have heard we can install it in windows 7 home premium any drivers or methods can be suggested and which version of solid edge we can substitute for solid edge v19 which will install in windows 7 64-bit .what about v20 what are its features.will any features be missing in v20 .

That is not to say the V19 or V20 won't load though.
