How to make an angled cut for the head of a pin

I'm having trouble making the 3d model for this pin. I've tried cutting the sides every which way but all it's doing is giving it straight sides where they have to be at a slight angle. The actual pin diameter is .56" which was not pictured in the drawing. Attached is the real pin I'm trying to make as well as the 2d drawing of the tip of it. Any help would be appreciated.

Recommended for you

Create some reference geometry. Create a plane where you need it (you might have to create a few in stages to get where the cut needs to be), then cut with that plane. You have some edges and faces to use as the initial reference.
