How to make copper sulphate crystals from mixed metal dust?

I have 1000 kilos of mixed metal powder.
Copper 85%
Tin 9%
Lead 6%

I first want to recover tin and lead from this dust. And then, I want to make copper sulphate cystals with this copper powder.
I want whole process to be economical.
Any helhp would be greatly appreciated.
