Basically what I’m trying to do is to make pipeline reduction that will start as round pipe and and as square which is 30x40 cm. what I wanted to do is to make solid that has the same shape as inner volume of reduction and then to make shell.
And problem is how to make such solid.
Do you have any tips and tricks for me?

Thank you

Use a loft. Two secions: circle and squar. To help things along, the circle should be in 4 segments that match the sides of the square, i.e. if the square corners are 45 degrees, arc segment endpoints should be at 45 degrees.

You will need small fillets (like 2mm or so) at the corners of the rectangle. If you want to make it from sheet metal and flatten it, plan to make it from two halfs welded together. In this case use "lofted-bend" insted of "lofted boss".

I have made it. Thank you dogarila for that tip about fillets. The reduction is made out of two mirrored parts welded together, but I couldn't convert it to sheet metal, now I can. Great

Thank you all.

Bruyoni,
just beware (or be aware) that the flat pattern created after a lofted-bends operation is not 100% accurate due to the forming that occurs.

squircle....sounds similar the "soquid" commercial for Wendy's food chains around here. It's not solid or liquid...soquid. LOL.
