how to make output data from PV Elite

kindly find the below attachment, I run that PV Elite soft. but output data does not come, it only comes from the input data, How can resolve it

1) Study the program documentation
2) Study the program Help files
3) Carefully check your input
4) Contact tech support

And take a good look at your attachment. Somebody is supposed to be able to tell you something based on that?
