How to model 4 point bending test with Loading cycles 1

Hi all,

I am wanting to simulate a structural four point bending test on Abaqus of a slim floor composite section, I've assigned a amplitude table with all the loads at different times, however when I assign a load to the two loading plates at mid-span It won't let me just pick the amplitude of loading it wants an intensity? (CF1,2, 3) even though the intensity is already specified in the amplitude table?

[FEA way]

You must specify magnitude of the load and amplitude will be multiplied by it to calculate actual load at selected moment of time. Just type 1 if amplitude table contains actual lod values, not their multipliers.
