how to model a 3d car from 2D sketch with CATIA

Can anyone suggest me how to use CATIA to model a 3D car from 2D sketchs? What I know now is that the front view, side view and top view images must be positiones in the FreStyle Sketch Tracer workbench. But later that I have no idea.
