How to model double cold formed sections

Please suggest ways to model double cold formed sections. Section Designer would not much help, as the sections are then designed elastically, without considering the appropriate effective areas. Alternatively, I could model both elements independently, too close together. Any suggestions?

I think you are out of luck Jason...
I explored SAP's cold form design capacities as well and it left a lot to be desired...
box headers and columns are one that I wish were easy as, well but does not seem to be
