How to model this square gift box(shell) as corrugated paperboard? Packaging ? PLEASE HELP!

I want to model this square as a corrugated paperboard for drop test simulation. It is shell.

Corrugated paperboard is made of two liners of paper and a medium in between as shown in the pic Your file's link is:

how can i model this into shell square?

I can do tensile test on paperboard and medium and get their youngs modulus stress strain data?
how can i combine this into sandwhich data into one shell ?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Creating the paper structure as shell/face should be simple. Just sketch the curves and extrude it.

I want to model corrugate in abaqus.
The corrugate is modelled as a shell box . My question is how to model the material since corrugate is made of paperboard ?
