When i made an instance of a toolpath in nx10
And move it to a different program group
Then the original toolpath also move to that program group. Is there a option that enables this and let the original toolpath stays in its place and instanced one moves to other program group.

This is the definition of a tool path instance. There is only one set of operation data for all of the tool paths, so if you change the program parent, all the instances change.

If you use copies instead of instances, you can move them to different programs, because they each have operation data.

If i use copies instead of instance the link
Is broken, this is useful if multi version part.
If there is multiversion part and has small differences and you have many program group each of them then if something common is changed all the program groups is modified and you dont need to modify them one by one
This the reason of instances ahould be moved to other program groups and stay linked
