How to move physical product to another one catia V6

Hi,

I have a Physical product that I want to move to another one. Basically I need 2 Cylinders to 2 cylinders and 1 plane to 1 plane to match. In the Assembly design app, I have used the Snap move to match the plane to plane, and one cyl to the other. I am stuck because now I need to rotate that part around that first cylinder to make the 2nd one match. How do I do it? Snap only translates, doesn't rotate, and I need to rotate. See drawing for clarification, let's say blue is static and red what I want to move to blue. Thanks!

You can use Engineering Connections or use the robot or multiple movements with Snap

Engineering Connections I have never used and it's giving me an error when trying it. Robot I don't think it will place the part exactly where I want it and Snap is translating the part but not rotating it, and I need that rotation so all the cylinders are aligned
