Hi,

Are there any way to navigate automatically in a drawing? Those were printed from autocad and I'm not provided with the binary files, only hard copies. If I could scan these drawings and import them in a software that allows me to navigate by clicking on drawing numbers it would be super.
thanks

Thats a tall order - the trick would be automatically finding the reference document.

I have seen, done manually, drawings converted to adobe pdf files with "hot spots" inserted which take the user to either other pages of the document or html links of the referenced drawing. Again, these are set up manually and really useful for common reference material used by groups of people.

If you were to scan your drawing package, it isn't too hard to insert links to the other pages manually using the hot spot method.
