How to obtain elastic strain energy from ABAQUS ? 1

How can obtain integral over the volume of the tensorial product of a stress field and a strain field in ABAQUS?

I would be so thankful for your help.

Exactly, I want the elastic strain energy I found the ALLSE (Recoverable strain energy) variable in history output in ABAQUS but the result depends on the time; normally its returns a scalar?
I would be so thankful if you can help.

What kind of analysis is that ? It’s normal that strain energy (ALLSE) varies with time.

The analysis is periodic, I think ALLSE is a scalar ?! that makes me confused
