How to obtain leakage area of a room

Hi all,

I'm interested in finding the differential airflow at a given differential pressure. But to do this, I need to have the leakage area of the room. I've tried searching online but have found little results. Is there any manual/standards out there to help estimate the leakage area due to doors, windows etc?
