How to: Plate supported by 2 pins?

I have tried for days to do this relatively simple simulation. I have this rectangular plate with two holes for pins on one end and perpendicular force from side. I have absolutely no idea how to constrain the holes (need to be rigid) for the simulation. So far i have had success only when fixing the holes in place (no rotation)... I need step by step instructions. Please help!!!
