How to program a project with CAA RADE V5-6 R2013 and Visual Studio C++ 2008

Hi,

I have been done installing CAA RADE V5-6R2013 and Visual Studio 2008 (Windows 7 64bit).

I still don't look clearly about CAA WorkSpace, Module, Imakefile.mk ... and so on about structure of C++ program.

How I can start to code a program with these by C++?

Anybody help me step by step code from setup to build a simple project.
