Hi,

I am playing with VB.net (2010) to control SW2011. I am trying to do something very simple. Let's say have a rectangle sketch (with 2 dimensions) extruded into a solid. How do I use VB.net to retrieve the 3 dimensions (2 for sketch, and 1 for extrusion depth) and update them. I used to do this with VB6.0. But with VB.net, I do not know what do. In the old time, SW always gave sample examples. But I could find anything with new solidworks.

Can you shed some light on how to perform this task?

Thanks!

Sounds like you need to learn VB.net. The methodology and API calls to do this task are no different in VB.net vs VB6. The only difference is the syntax.
