How to repair MESH normals for Explicit (Surface to Surface)

Hi,

I have two contacting surfaces around 200 mm^2 each. The surface normals are uniform and have the outward positive normal assigned.

After the shell element meshes are made I go to:

Tools -> Query... -> Shell element normals

And all of the elements are highlighted as having conflicting mesh edges.

The simulation runs with out interaction, but I am constantly receiving and error message when I use contact stating that the normals need to be check for uniformity...

Any other ideas?
