How to seach and replace parameter value within the catpart?

Hi,
I would like to know if someone can help me to start a rule to find parameter value "A" and replace with parameter value "B". Also I would like the script to seach for Hole Requirements parameter and if is = A value then replace with B value. If Hole requirements is C value then replace with D value. A, B, C and D value are text tring that define the requirement of the holes.

Do you have Knowledge Expert? I know it can be used for hole parameters but haven't tried it with parameters in general.
