Hello
Is it possible to see stress contour for only one part? (suppose we have multiple parts). The contour that I see, show stress contour considering all parts but I need to have stress contour only for the part I want, Is it possible?

Thanks

Sure, it is possible. Just create a display group containing only that part or simply replace it using an option of this name available from the display group toolbar.

No, display group is only to show parts separately not for stress or strain contours. By display group still we see contours (I mean the values corresponding to colors) for all parts. What about I just need stress contours on one part only?

It is possible, but a bit tricky.
Use the Display Group to display the part, define the settings, save that as display group. In the Display Group Manager lock this display group. Then display the other regions, define settings, save it as display group. In the Manager select both display groups and hit 'Plot'.

Contour plot scale should adjust when you replace specific part so that it shows only range of values that occur in this part. Maybe there's an error in your program or you use older version without this feature.

I think he want to see one part with a contour plot and the rest just deformed+shaded (or maybe with translucency).
