Hi folks,
I am simulating a mechanical loading in a deep well and I am trying to get the same results as laboratorial tests.
It’s a 2D elastic-plastic model and I am using Mohr Coulomb plasticity.
There are 2 different materials in the model: sandstone and steel.
In the laboratorial test the yielding region begins to separate in layers from the sandstone, like a peeling of an onion skin. Is that possible in Abaqus?
Anyone has any idea?
Regards,
Thiago
