Dear all,

I am trying to setup a pre-state to a dynamic analysis.

My model is a rotating fan, the hub is constraint with a reference point as rigid body.

The pre-state file is generated as the model rotates from initial position to 5degree angle.

However, when I use predefined-field tool to define the pre-state of the next stage simulation, the error comes as:

Error in job cosimulation_initial1: Unknown global id: 1
Error in job cosimulation_initial1: NODE 18 INSTANCE SOLIDD-1 HAS TWO RIGID BODY REFERENCE NODES 1 AND 1 (ASSEMBLY). A NODE MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH ONLY ONE RIGID BODY

ERROR in job messaging system: Error in connection to analysis
Error in job cosimulation_initial1: The executable pre.exe aborted with system error code 529697949. Please check the .dat, .msg, and .sta files for error messages if the files exist. If there are no error messages and you cannot resolve the problem, please run the command "abaqus job=support information=support" to report and save your system information. Use the same command to run Abaqus that you used when the problem occurred. Please contact your local Abaqus support office and send them the input file, the file support.log which you just created, the executable name, and the error code.
Job cosimulation_initial1 aborted due to errors.

Can anyone please help me with this ?
