How to set default settings for the insert BOM dialog?

When inserting a BOM, I always have to uncheck the "Display labels at top" button under the contents tab. My company requires the labels at the bottom. Does anyone know of a way to set this up to default to labels at the bottom?

RMB on the BOM. Pick properties, then click Contents, at the bottom of the dialog you will see “Display labels at top”. Uncheck it.
