HOW TO SET DEPTH IN CASE OF PRESTRESS BEAMS

When designing a sysmetrical Pre-stress beam what depth or how we should assume the depth ..is there any formula for that...
and in case of I-Section design of Prestress beam is there any formula for setting out the assumed dimensions for the web and other ddimensions

Yes, you should refer to the AASHTO standard beams for bridges and Precast Concrete Institite (PCI) for standard beams in industry applications. In general, prestressed beam applications are governed by those codes and the precast manufacturers in each region.

If you are working on a post-tension design, then the sky's the limit. Or you could refer to the Post-Tensioning Institute's (PTI) literature for guidance.
