How to show Component Rev on Assy Drawing Table

I created a Family Table in an Lower Assy. with instances, and placed Lower Assy with instances in another Upper Level Family Table with instances. I have a table on my Assy Drawing that has simple repeat regions. I have shown Assembly Revision and I also want to show a Component Revision in the Table. Does anyone have ideas?

How are you tracking the revision of the FT components?
In a BOM structure using revisions is not a good idea because of all the work required to update things when a lower level component changes.
