I'm trying to run simulation which can imitate thermal cycling of the electric power module.

In real life, as number of thermal cycles increases, the plastic strain energy is being accumulated and finally damages solder joint.

I built simulation model and made sure it works fine with Static simulation, but I'm not sure how to simulate thermal cycling. I guess it will be transient simulation with load step.

I googled some articles and seems like LSWRITE and LSSOLVE might be used, but I have no idea it will work or not.. I tried but it didn't work at first try.

Can someone give me direction for this simulation?

Sumary
1. How to define repeating thermal cycling load.
2. How to see the plastic strain energy density at specific volume.

Thanks a lot!!
