How to smooth two connected surfaces?

Hi,
you need to match the radius of curvature at the joining point for the two surfaces to get the curvature continuity.For example if the radius of the curve1 (surface1)at the junction is 20mm,then the radius of the curve 2 (surface2) at the junction should be 20mm.
Radius = 1/Curvature.

I checked out the surfacic curvature and it looks good. I did see what you had for the porcupine analysis. If you need more help provide the parents of the geometry in question as dumb surfaces but create this surface in the representative model. That way we can modify it and you retain the IP. I hope this helps.

Hello,

I guess I am not the only to think your surface is OK. The curve is not.

I was able to create a spline on the surface with no curvature problem.
Also Cutting Plane Analysis function shows clean section (FSS license)

Sorry that I don't have the parent file of the geometry.
I am confused with the zigzag-ed porcupine analysis on the connection of the surfaces.
The Surface Curvature Analysis is smooth, but the Porcupine Curvature Analysis of the curve across the edge connection is not, as attached in the first post.
If the reason of zigzag is not from the non-smooth connection of the faces, why it happens and how to handle with this?

The curves comes with the file. I didn't create it.

Yesterday, I made a porcupine curvature analysis on the original white curve.
Then, I created another curve on the surface and a porcupine curvature analysis on this curve.
The 2D diagram of the porcupine curvature analysis of the new curve is strange, as attached file.
The discontinuity of the porcupine curvature analysis was not found on the intersection of the new curve and the center curve of the surface, maybe it's unclear ,but was found on the intersection of the new curve and the upper curve of the curve.
