Hello All,

I remember coming across a tip a while back on how to split your viewport screen into 4 different views. I cannot remember how to accomplish this task for the life of me. Can anyone be so kind to refresh my memory. I am not sure if it was just for a particular version of solidworks or not. Maybe it was just something on my wish list. Ha ha ha!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,
Jon

In the upper right hand corner and in the lower left hand corner next to the scroll bar is a bar that you can drag to create up to 4 views. You can drag your view to the size that you want and all you have to do is drag it off to the side to get rid of the extra views.

Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Thanks Scorch,

I new it was something easy. I would have been looking for that for awhile.

This can't be done in a drawing can it? I believe only parts and assemblies, at least in SW2004. Would be nice to do it in a drawing because there are times I want to see something that is on sheet 1 when I'm working on sheet 2.
