how to turn off bleep sound when Patran/Nastran runs end? 1

I have forgotten the configuration for turning off the sound when Patran or Nastran runs end. Can you help?

Just write

msgbell=no

in the *.rcf file
(name depend on nastran version)
should be located in C:\MSC.software\....(nastran version)...\conf

With the latest version of Nastran (2008) you should use the following line in the .rcf file:

notify=no

I don't think the msgbell argument works any more.
