Is there any way to turn off cross section background? Thanks

In drawing file after I insert top view, front view, and side view, I can insert offset section view . If I have the cross section in the middle of the object the view will show the cross section with all the detail of the object behind the cross section.

I think that I understand you correctly...

Try using the "offset section cut" function, instead of the "offset section view". Just tear down the Offset Section View Icon, and you will find it.
